I would go with this on any female who made a false accusation that resulted in incarceration. At the very least, I would insist on my record being expunged, being compensated to the extent allowed under wrongful incarceration statues, insist on criminal charges being filed against her for making the false accusations, and then going to civil court and taking every goddamned cent the bitch has or will have in the foreseeable future.
