Hillar Moore, the EBR District Attorney, said last night on TV that he "questions" arresting the mom for what she did. He said the extent of the bruises and cuts on the kids arms and legs from the beating she gave them with electrical cords probably forced the cops to arrest her.
He's not sure yet if he will prosecute her.

Charges against her where dropped when the DA read the details. It came out in her defense as well.

This. Obviously someone made a complaint and its not like the cops could say " yea but they needed to have their arse beat so we'll just let this one slide"

Yeah!My pappy beat the dog shite outta me and it made me a better man!1 sure Ive been arrested for domestic violence and battery a couple times, am a raging alcoholic and have commitment and abandonment issues BUT IT MADE ME STRONGER!

I'm of the opinion that beating the shite out of your kids with an RC cord more than likely isn't the best way to "save" them.
