If I'm not mistaken, he told me they had lowered the price on the home around $200,000 before he made an offer.

This house is the worst kind of example of bland builder grade "modern". There is absolutely nothing interesting about it. There are amazing modern houses out there at this price point, but this house defines meh.

If you all think your houses and everything is priced properly I cannot help yall.
I have reduced spending to necessities. Something is on the horizon.
People keep spending like it’s going out of style.
