what would be far more interesting to me than sales price data would be proceeds data…the difference between price of last sale and most recent sale. This is publicly available data but I’ve not seen it complied anywhere…Zillow will show you transactions but that’s just for one house at a time

This house is the worst kind of example of bland builder grade "modern". There is absolutely nothing interesting about it. There are amazing modern houses out there at this price point, but this house defines meh.
