Why in the frick do these teachers think it’s appropriate to discuss their sexuality with elementary kids?
Not only does no one care, at all. It’s not your fricking place and it’s not the kids job to make you feel better about yourself.

I had a teacher that was in that kind of relationship, I didn’t put two and two together until after high school. She was a great teacher and never had the need to put personal business into teaching.
Have very much respect for her and I know she has that respect for me. Just no reason to bring personal things into the classroom

To be fair 6th graders. 4th graders I’d have a problem with this, but 6th graders understand what being gay is outside of an insult.
