Yep. Let's blame the casino and not accept blame by showing off the money and inviting a low life hooker to your room to party.
Now, how they got a pass key is kind of suspect, but that's his story. Did he open the door himself and not want to admit he shares a good bit of the blame for his misfortune. And just because they have CCTV, that doesn't mean they know every guest in every room by sight and monitor who comes and goes every time someone enters or leaves a room.

If the implication is, they gave them access to the room via a key, then sure...sue the frick outta them.
But, Have you EVER known a hotel to give a key to someone else on a stay WITHOUT the renters authorization???
