Because we live in a subtropical climate. Winter days with temps in the 70s aren't unusual.

Exactly. This warm, rainy weather certainly will cause prices to rise.

what are some similar winters? I've already cut my grass 2x this winter. In 20 years prior, I have never cut grass after the first week of November.
