Boomers benefit from being the first generation to make college a priority. So they make insanely high salaries for getting degrees that cost nothing. Then they go to work for a company that doesn’t know how to treat them so they give them tons of on the job experience because that’s what they’ve always done. So college educated and trained boomers now be the market at their beckon call.
Then they require everyone they hire to do the same. But they cut training out of the business model because college. And then the colleges dumb down the curriculum because the number of students skyrockets. Then they jack up the price of higher education 1000% and saddle you with high interest loans that most people will never make enough money in the formative years of their career to really benefit from in the jobs they wouldn’t get with out the degree.
And oh, well treat young people like expendable employees and do away with pensions and any benefits that might encourage people to stay in the jobs we have then bitch about their work ethic when they respond and go elsewhere.
But millennials are just lazy and all.... get off my lawn

Wages haven’t risen to offset increased cost of living.
Hell I pay more in health insurance premiums than my first house note. Also my cellphone bill is more than my first car note but our household income has not risen four fold as those costs have....
This problem will only worsen.

Millennials are the greediest. You pukes think everything is owed to you. You're just too stupid, lazy, and entitled to earn anything.

Agree but you can still get ahead it just requires some out-of-the-box thinking and good old-fashioned sacrifice. Something that neither Boomers or Millennials are very good at. At least not like the greatest generation was and to a lesser extent, gen-xers.
People want to bite off more than they can chew, get behind the eight-ball and then can't get ahead.
Delayed gratification is very rare nowadays. People want what they want and want it now but also want to reserve the right to bitch about being broke.

Arguing with boomers is completely pointless bc aside from being the most entitled generation in US history, they refuse to argue with any facts or substance, and instead resort to anecdotes and name calling

Your low IQ is showing.
The irony of you quoting your fellow Millennial cursing and name calling Boomers. Along with showing his entitlement with "stacked deck" comments. Then you say some stupid shite like...
You're right. When idiots like you attempt to argue. It is an exercise in futility.

fricking embarrassing to the rest of us normal millennials.

The older Boomer cohorts are mid-70s. There is about to be a full-scale Boomageddon over the next 20, 25 years. Who is going to inherit all that sweet, sweet Boomer wealth with little work input? Gen-X and Millenials.

That beats being an imbecilic waste of carbon atoms like you and the vast majority of Millennials.

Boomers didn't have the added expenses that young people have. Such as cell phone packages and TV viewing packages.

ok boomer - does the age gap have anything to do with it?

That is the attitude of most Millennials. Not all, but most.
They would literally rather see their parents dead than have to earn something.
I can't wait until the Millennial siblings start killing each other to keep from sharing the inheritance.

'Normal' millennials are probably working and not posting >19 times a day (on average) for 8+ years on message boards

I cringe when I read through these threads. There's so much entitlement about COL. I don't think Boomers created those problems, it is waaaaaaay more complicated than that. Nonetheless Boomers are about to pass down trillions in assets to said entitled millenials, they should sit down and learn from the masters of wealth creation.
And to the people bitching about your wage growth, maybe you should rethink handing your lives over to the government.
