In the photo, she is still in the car under the sheet. That is her wig laying on the dash. The is also still in the car if you zoom in. No obvious injuries. Perhaps his chest was crushed on impact. He is more than likely pinned in the vehicle.

I’m just saying I guess she doesn’t feel the need to change her look, because she knows she’ll just be back to filming next year.
She has kind of a hard look to begin with. But I’ve seen her with longer hair and she looks good.
