Apparently you can do well if you work for Vi Jon Labs right now too. My brother will have the biggest truck nuts in town. Oil field baws will be jealous.

If you're really hard up for your fix then you can find "anti-bacterial" dish soap readily available.

Or since it is selling itself, get his arse and those other salespeople to the factory and start helping improve lead times and production capacity.

It is comical the amount of people asking why soap, bottled water, toilet paper, etc... are all in short supply.

They are obviously stocking up in the event it is not worth going out to purchase those items in normal quantities later. (Due to the virus becoming an increasingly bigger issue here in the states)

bottled water

I can't wrap my head around why people are stocking up on water. Costco in BR was out last Friday. It blew my mind.

Are people expecting their well/municipal water sources to have dead, corona virus bodies dumped in the supply like this is TWD?

There is, the price. Nothing else, really.

To date, studies have shown that there is no added health benefit for consumers (this does not include professionals in the healthcare setting) using soaps containing antibacterial ingredients compared with using plain soap 9, 10. As a result, FDA issued a final rule in September 2016 that 19 ingredients in common “antibacterial” soaps, including triclosan, were no more effective than non-antibacterial soap and water and thus these products are no longer able to be marketed to the general public. This rule does not affect hand sanitizers, wipes, or antibacterial products used in healthcare settings.

If the virus becomes rampant throughout the city you live in, it's safer to not go out in public.

What's the one thing you don't want to be without if you are unable to leave your home? Water.

Highly unlikely the water source will be contaminated, but why take that chance when you can just buy extra cases of water?
