I've never once had pity on him or made fun of his condition. He just happens to be the worst poster this site has seen and instead of trying to be just a normal poster, he relishes in being terrible and hated.
This has to mimic his real life and I assume his handicap is the thing that keeps people completely not throwing him into the dump. He's the regular at the bar everyone hates, but give him the time of day because they're afraid how they will look if they're mean to him.
