Things you did as a kid that you look back on and regret....

Growing up we lived next door to my grandparents. My grandpa used to raise chickens. He'd raise them to eat and for their eggs. Had tons of them in a huge fenced in area. When I was around 8 or 10 years old, I used to sneak over and randomly pick one out to shoot with my pellet gun. I'd make sure to shoot them in the head so the pellet wouldn't be found in the body. If I didn't have my pellet gun with me I'd take a stick and throw at them until I hit one. I finally got caught and my grandpa tore my arse up and made me confess to my parents. Needless to say, that wasn't a good day for me. I look back on that shite now and feel bad for those chickens. Of course, I did other shite that I feel bad for, but I was much older.

Anyone else did something in their pre-teen years that they look back on and say "what the frick was I thinking?"
