I am not familiar with this.

I wasn’t either until about 5 weeks ago, when my oldest best friend, a perfectly heathy 20 year old kid had one while driving down the road. Blood clot, simple as that. According to Dr. Internet, it doesn’t happen very often, yet I’ve known two people in less than two months that suffered it. One lived, the other died.
