One of my favorite Andy Griffith trivia questions is to give Thelma Lou's last name. Of course , the answer is that they never gave her a last name on the show

You ever notice that the only married person on
the Andy Griffith Show was Otis?.. The town drunk.
In the episode where the shoe-salesman was thought to be a talent scout, Floyd brought his son to audition with his saxophone. One would presume that Floyd was married for at least 1 episode.

Loved her and the show.
She was a great supporter of the museum.

Andy Griffith trivia
Several years ago at my old employer managed to drive in during a snow storm and got to the office, only a few people there including my manager. Not long after, they closed the office for the day, but we decided to wait for snow plows to get the streets cleaned, so we stayed till lunch time.
The manager was an Andy Griffith show trivia nut, he knew everything you could ask him about the show.

I actually have a Andy Griffith Trivia game that a friend gave me about 20 years ago. It's hard to find people who want to play

one episode, Peggy's rich Daddy sent her a white 62 Thunderbird Sports Roadster convertible with the Kelsey Hayes wire wheels out of the blue. Great car for an early 60s smokeshow like Peg. That car is in my top 10.
I've seen that episode countless times and always wondered what kind of car that was and how "fancy" it was for the early 60s

Floyd was a widower. We find that out when he writes to his pen pal representing himself as wealthy and she decides to come visit him. An early form of catfishing, as it were.
Otis was the only major character who was married but several named minor characters were married. Mayor Pike, the married couple who always fought, the farmer whose wife was pregnant, etc.

Just about the only TV actress left from that era is Peggy Webber, who was in nearly every episode of Dragnet.

Those are rare, holy grail T Birds. The Kelsey Hayes wire wheels were a very expensive option. Beautiful wheels, but complete crap. One of them collapsed at speed, and almost killed Elvis.

I'm down for that lol. I literally watch AG every day. Comes on TV Land every afternoon and in Saturday mornings the Sundance channel plays it nonstop from 5am till 10am

Yep, she was better looking than Big Rump Crump.

In real life Andy and his wife had an open marriage and he had a long term affair with the actress who played Ms. Crump.
