You are blaming inflation on women?
No, he didn't. You suck at reading comprehension. Dual income was the pathway to allowing retailers to drive up prices.

It shouldn't surprise me on this website, but always amazed by the mental gymnastics used to put women down.
Women? No. Feminists that caused this bullshite? Absolutely.

Grew up in small town North Louisiana, we never locked our house even at night.
Im sorry but this has always been the dumbest thing ive ever heard. I dont care if my house was by itself on top of a mountain, im locking my damn doors when I go to bed. Ive watched many a crime documentary. You'd be amazed by how many people have been killed by a random drifter just because they were stupid enough to keep all their doors unlocked and windows open at night

I would have loved to be a SAHM or work part time.
Same. I loved being at home with my kids-they were born in the late 80’s. I started working nights in retail when our youngest was almost a year old. My husband worked for a small family business with very expensive health insurance, so I needed to work somewhere with benefits. I went to work at 3:00 in the afternoon so they were with a babysitter for a couple hours until my husband got home. When my son got married, he said he wanted his wife to stay home like I did. He didn’t realize I worked full time.

I grew up in the 70s and my family looked more like the one on the right.
Cooler sports jerseys though.
In family photos? No, you didn't.

My dad that had a pretty decent job in a paper mill sure as hell didn't dress like Bill Clinton at fraternity rush.
