Y'all doin it wrong. I don't care if Google is spying on me.
You have take them down with you and google weird stuff that no one wants to see. Like "fat chicks in pantyhose cooking collards for aliens."

What you want is Ungoogled-Chromium (Chromium with the Google stuff ripped out) or LibreWolf

LibreWolf is set up to be locked down more, but it can become inconvenient at times to use because of certain concessions. Ungoogled-Chromium is a little easier to use, but less locked down (though it still has all of the Google data reporting crap ripped out).
They're both essentially Firefox and Chrome but modified, so follow your preferences and maybe give both a chance.

How do they compare to Brave?

I still stand by CTemplar

Use
Brave for your browser. CEO is based, they get flak for shite privacy community gives Mozilla slack for.
Protonmail for email. Bunch of neck beards are mad they logged IP after a court order, but if we they didn't cooperate they would have been shut down and we would have lost a major provider of private email.
Bitwarden is the best password manager. Standard tier is free and has no restrictions for the most part. Open source
ProtonVPN
Signal for messages.
You're welcome. All of those services are ready for primetime.

I’ve decided to attempt to make a break from these authoritarian Google bastards, who do nothing but collect my data and fund hundreds of millions to Marxists/Socialists. They track your every move (as does FB, Twitter, etc). Drop them too.

I'd say Brave is better than running normal Firefox or Chrome, but it still sends data back to them about you. Maybe you trust them more than Google, but they still actually use Google for some things, they just proxy the queries through their own servers.

dude, check this shite out. I downloaded an extension looking for more coupon extensions (I highly recommend by the way.
It's called a Facebook container. Look at the note next to my email address.

I am also getting tired of signing up for a service and them offering to do it through google or facebook, apple, amazon. These companies are listed in everything you sign up for.

Firefox is a great browser, but I don’t want to support their wokeness either.
I use Brave. It’s a great, secure browser.
I use DuckDuckGo instead of Google for my search engine.
I use a VPN.
I use ProtonMail for my email. End to end encryption.
Brave, DuckDuckGo, ProtonMail, etc are all about privacy.

I'm on a Lenovo laptop (which has probably been bought off by the bastards I am talking about). My screen shots prove it. How about you stop being a lazy dick and crowd source with other like minded people who don't want conglomerates infiltrating our lives. It's not too late, assuming you broke away from social media a while ago. These are moves to make it much harder for them; although I don't think it is completely possible.

Sounds like I am moving to Brave.
I am currently trolling BitDefender's website so see if I can get a decent price for a 2 year subscription.
So far, a 2 year is down to $97 bucks, but I think I can use coupon extensions to get it lower.

I do pretty damn well for myself. This year has been more difficult. Stop derailing the thread.
