I will see your Braxton and raise you a leading consonant and apostrophe.
Barchieveous' mom scoffs at your assertion.

My fiancé and I have already agreed we’re going to use more traditional names. My point is that I want them to be taken seriously when they’re adults. If my son ever gets to interview for a big time job, I don’t want the higher-ups to see Braxton or some other stupid name. It’s cute when they’re 8, but it’s not cute when they’re 30 and trying to compete in the world.

No John and Susan will be the weirdos when everyone else is named Jaden, Braden, Jaxon, etc.

I know a girl who just named her kid Dax. Questionable decision making.

I wouldn't consider Braxton a made up name.

I used to think you guys were exaggerating the way parents are naming kids now, but I ran across an old friend from high school recently and she named her 3 kids Ryylan, yes with 2 y's, Xander, and Credyn. Yes they all play travel ball, and yes they all have rings from the 10 "world series'" they have played in this year alone

Xander is actually a dope arse masculine name.
