Just because you made a sentence, doesn't mean it makes any sense.

I call people on here an idiot for far less severe reasons than intentionally putting your kid at risk because you read an article once about not vaccinating, so ill continue to do it here...thanks.

You're welcome

To argue otherwise puts you on par with a suicide bomber who wholeheartedly believes he is doing the right thing by killing people.

It's like arguing that we shouldn't bash people for believing it's their right to drive drunk.

My idiocy shines just as bright as yours by comparing something legal, not getting vaccinations, to something illegal, a suicide bomber or drunk driver... Lol.. Really??

I would be negligent for experiencing the outside world with my child, simply because I know there are idiots around who don't do what they should?

Sounds good to me.. You know that there are idiots out there but still choose to bring your child who hasn't had the vaccines around them.. Ignorance is bliss..

I can bash your beliefs, and your beliefs should be bashed, if they endanger the lives of others.

Apply that to yourself endangering your child by bringing him/her around those people.

But please, please, stop contributing to the spread of the idea that people should "do their own research" before deciding what to do.

So we should be sheeple?

The legality doesn't matter. The point is that they all endanger the lives of others. Some through action, some through inaction.

Would it be more negligent to risk taking my kid out into a world of stupid people, or to coup him up inside all the time? Your logic is ridiculous, and my "negligence" totally hinges on the negligence of stupid people. Should I not drive my kids anywhere because some people choose to drive drunk? Your entire flipping of the script falls to pieces when applied to real life.

Guidance from whom?

Guidance from whom?

From doctors (who are in the business of keeping people alive), scientists (who are in the business of finding the truth and who are extremely critical of one another), and yes, even from government (which is heavily invested in ensuring that its population is alive and healthy).

Definitely not from the likes of Jenny McCarthy (who is in the business of being famous), or a former doctor (who was found to have a monetary motive behind reporting fraudulent results), or from bloggers (who are in the business of stirring controversy).

Doc lied to you.. It is only 80% effective and only last 5 year.. Gotta keep getting it.. So if the last time you had the shot was when you were a child then you were long over due.. Basically you were anti vaccine..

So what you are saying is that in 5 years, when you immune system is WAY more advanced it no longer works? Did you just argue against yourself?

Nah.. The shot is a crutch.. Doesn't help build your immune system just fight off the disease.. Kind of the same but different.. Then it wears off and your immune system is left to fend for itself.. Where if you were not to get the shot, then fight off the sickness with your own immune system then that would make it way more advanced..

(I have know idea what I'm talking about so just go with it)

Basically saying your immune system isn't way more advanced because the shot was taking its place then the shot wears off and your immune system doesn't know what to do because the shot said move over I got this then leaves him hanging.. Your immune system would be more advanced if it would have fought by itself..

(yes, I just said the same exact thing twice but differently.. Just go with it)

You seem to think that there is high chance the child dies if he doesn't take the vaccine. Even if he gets sick their is a not a likely hood that he dies.

Compared to the chances that the kid gets autism from the vaccine, then yes, there is a very high chance

I have a question for you anti-vaccine people:

Would you be willing to vaccinate your children if there were alternative methods?

Hypothetically (but really an actuality), DNA vaccines, delivery of disease-antigen-encoded DNA which results in production of the antigen, can produce longer immunity with a higher success rate (closer to 95%) and 0% chance of infection since there are no parts, live or dead, of the virus/pathogen injected. Would you be willing to have your children vaccinated?

You misunderstand how vaccines work. You are injected with a killed or weakened virus, which causes an immune response in your body. It works through the same mechanism as actually getting the disease.
quote:

Where if you were not to get the shot, then fight off the sickness with your own immune system then that would make it way more advanced..
Possibly true, but when dealing with potentially deadly diseases, better safe than sorry. This is especially true in children.
quote:

Basically saying your immune system isn't way more advanced because the shot was taking its place then the shot wears off and your immune system doesn't know what to do because the shot said move over I got this then leaves him hanging..
I know this is a rephrasing of the first part, but this bears repeating. The vaccine itself is not some sort of drug that fights infections. It provokes a response from your immune system in the same way actually getting a disease does.
quote:

Your immune system would be more advanced if it would have fought by itself..
Again, possibly, if you survive it. But there is no denying that vaccines are highly effective.

Ok so about getting the vaccines.. Do you give your children all vaccines at once or do you ask to spread them out so not to cause their immune system to be weakened so drastically??

I'm just busting your nads!

CENLALSUFAN... you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

From your post, all you are doing is regurgitating something that you may have read or been told without any knowledge base behind your statements.

You claimed that you are against vaccinations, but why? Autism? Aborted fetal cells? # of vaccines weakening the immune system?

It appears that you just heard about those arguments, but only at surface level, so you are just puking them up without any facts that support or rebuke them.

So... why? Why are you against vaccinations? Give the reasons, the facts to support your stance.

There are mountains of facts and statistics supporting the efficacy of vaccines.
