It’s not washing hands that’s the issue, it’s the fact that it’s airborne? and you need at least a 6 foot distance from someone.

Yeah that’s not a huge liability or anything. Hope they have some sort of coverage or they are gonna get fricked in the arse as soon as an employee is involved in a wreck and god forbid kills somebody
