Here is an updated parish by parish forecast. This is a tough one. For once, we aren’t riding the freezing line, wondering if it’ll be wet or wintry. My stress is deciding what combination of freezing rain, sleet, and snow we will see. It’s looking like 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches of liquid equivalent will fall with temperatures between 22 and 30. Let me type that again because it’s so off the charts crazy. It’s looking like 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches of liquid equivalent will fall with temperatures between 22 and 30. I’m thinking we may get “lucky” and see a lot of sleet out of this, which would mean a lower threat for power outages, but we are riding a fine line on precipitation type. Here is my evening parish by parish breakdown. The main change is a slight increase in snow and sleet accumulation in the northern 2/3 of the area. I kept freezing rain accumulations the same for now, as total precipitation looks like it’s increasing. The main idea here is that this will be an uncommon, impressive, historic storm system for our area, and many other areas of the country. Then there’s another threat on Wednesday. Let’s not go there yet. Let’s focus on this first batch of crazy, then deal with that if we have to. I’ll update things an hour or so after I wake up tomorrow. I’m trying to sleep In because we all know I’m not sleeping tomorrow night, so that’s probably a late morning update.

No
I'm not sure if I'd post a pic of my kids on here.
Plus, I only have 6. I do have two friends that have 12 though.
