This doesn't seem AS crazy as it sounds, since the Tulane Primate facility is in Covington, but I would like to see the monster swamp monkey of Bedico myself before rushing to judgment.

He doesn’t have mental issues. He is just crazy. He is just one of them people that has no boundaries, no filter and no fear of anything.

It's been a while since I've seen him. I'll have to get some stories from my dad. He knew him quite well, he did some work for us on our land/house when we were building in Bedico.
