Are they disappearing? I know they aren’t expanding like they once were but have they closed a lot of them?

Ain't that the truth. I was traveling through Charleston West Virginia back in Feb of 2020. It was snowing its arse off and I got an alert on my phone that it was fixing to get worse and the authorities were recommending that people avoid traveling for an hour or two. So I pulled stopped at the Hooters in Charleston to wait the storm out. I was not expecting much as far as talent goes because it was Charleston WV after all but damn those were some ugly gals.

They are the group that the original guys that opened it took whenthey sold to Hooters of America. Good guys and really fun to party with on their yachts. Our franchise was the first after that.

Closed a lot of bad locations. They focus mainly on international but they are opening up domestically. They are also starting Hoots as a new concept. They are up and running in Atlanta

#1 reason, they are hiring mediocre looking women.
Last time i picked up some wings for a party, one of waitresses was pregnant as frick.
Men went to hooters to see nice looking ladies with big boobs, to escape from their shitty lives, their shitty wives, and their derelict kids. 1 pitcher and 20ish wings+ sports on tv gave them some sort of pleasure if not for only an hour or 2.

This is it. When the Hooters in Boca Raton first reopened after moving locations, it was like the Playboy Mansion. In fact, they had the Hooters Swimsuit competition champion out of that location. Now? It’s a bunch of average and above average FAU students.

I don't understand why the waitresses have to wear those ugly pantyhose. Totally ruins the look in my opinion. I've been to plenty of restaurants where the waitresses wear short skirts and shorts and no pantyhose.

The real answer for me is that the women are too trashy and ugly now. I'll take an early 90's Hooter girl over most of these mashed up meth heads in a second.
