The Real Bin Laden Raid

Not saying I believe all this but it does make a lot more sense than the Hollywood version the White House has us to believe.
ETA: Cliffs: Pakistani officials knew of raid before hand and permitted it. They held bin Laden hostage under house arrest since '06 to leverage their situation against al Qaida. Seals were escorted into house by ISI with no firefight and killed only bin Laden. He was shot up too many times to publicly show his body. Story was fabricated by US officials to protect Pakistani officials.

That is a theory that he died not long after 9/11.
