I was in Jackson yesterday and saw two Popeyes with cars around the block/side road in line. .. I’m talking 20 plus cars.
Told my kids it must me free chicken day at Popeyes.
Had no idea it was bc of a sandwich.
Just how fricking stupid are people that live among us?

It’s not like the sandwich is only there for a limited time only... no reason to rush to buy them out as quick as you can on a daily basis

Crazy thing is they had this same exact sandwich like 15 years ago and nobody ate it so they discontinued it.

To see the majority of the American public fighting and crazing over a fricking fried chicken sandwhich. No wonder 70% of Americans are overweight. Stop eating shitty food and take control over your lives. I for one, refuse to eat at an establishment such as popeyes. Meal prep for the fricking win.
You sound like an a-hole.

What really saddens me is the stupid people blocking traffic on starting lane to turn into the drive-through five deep Friday.

In case you haven't guessed, for most people, it is the newness and marketing splash that has people wanting to try it and be able to comment on it.
If you don't mind spending 20-30+ mins waiting on a meal then it is no big deal. Many people wait that long or longer at Outback, or some other chain restaurant to have a regular dinner.
So I don't think there is anything stupid about it. May not be for you big guy.

I think stress plays a larger role in this than people realize. I've weighed between 140 pounds and 195 pounds my entire adult life, and I've never been able to identify any correlation with diet or physical activity. If I'm stressed out I can run every day and eat salads and I'll still gain weight.
