55 y/o and older: "Girls with tattoos are nasty/trashy/slut/tramp/whores. Guys with tattoos were either sailors, prisoners, bikers or gang-members."
35-55 y/o: "If I ever get a tattoo, it will be one that can be hidden by a long sleeve shirt or pants leg. Preferably, a tribal tat or a barbed-wired bicep. My girl either wants a butterfly on her wrist or ankles that can be hidden by a watch or socks. But a lower-back tattoo of an ornate heart or flower would look good when she's in her beach bikini."
35 y/o and younger: "I got both sleeves done, like LeBron, and then later on, I did my chest. It was bitchin'. I eventually wanna get my neck done. I think it'd be cool AF." (said by boy or girl)
Is that generally about right?

I’m not much of a tattoo guy..... I don’t have one. But some of these high profile athletes that have them are sending a message to younger people..... but hey it’s YOUR body... do with it what you want.

I have one tattoo that I got when I was 17 and I definitely fit in the 35-55 category.
It doesn't bother me (it's on my back shoulder) but I'd never get another one.

I don't have a desire to ever get one, but don't care if someone else wants to get one. Doesn't bother me either way.

Tattoos are fine. It’s the shitty all black clip art fad that’s suddenly cool which is horrible. If you want tattoos just commit to it, the little 5 min tattoos are horrible

Tattoos never improve a woman's appearance.

I'm in the younger group and honestly, I think they're pretty ugly. Having tats nowadays is so common that it doesn't necessarily mean that the person is trash, but it's still ugly AF.
