The one thing I think we all need right now is to fix our minds on positives

Social media, the news, politicians, friends, family, and random human beings on planet earth you encounter on a day to day basis are geared to be very negative, and if you absorb this crap all day, you’re going to be likewise. None of this can any of us truly control, yet we worry ourselves to death about it as if we can, many working themselves into a frenzy over it, but almost all affected negatively by the sheer abundance of negativity almost everywhere you turn
I honestly think that our mental outlook affects our overall health much more than any other factor, and worry and stress have never done one thing to correct anything, but worsen our physical and invites that same stress in our personal and business relationships. It’s some really bad news stuff, and it’s everywhere, which is why we have to be really careful to guard ourselves against it’s effects in us at a time where we have little else to occupy our minds sitting at home all day.
The fact of the matter is, truth is truth, and the manner in which we allow ourselves to think will determine much more in our lives than outside happenings that you cannot control anyway.
Food for thought. Stay strong.
