That was the point. Each party doesnt simply get to use an excuse as an out.
Withhold sex because he isnt emotionally connecting, makes it more difficult for him.
Dont try to emotionally connect with her and it makes it harder for her to physically connect.
She may work more, but he may be doing more houshold chores than men used to do.
Its possible for each side to be dealing with their own shite

My marriage greaty improved when I realized having more sex and doing less housework made my husband happier
I used to try and do it all and had no energy left for sex. So I prioritized sex and he started doing more housework. Win/Win

I’m doing the right thing here but that doesn’t mean it’s not hard as hell. I’ve always had a huge drive. And now it’s just gone… difficult to go through with everything else going on… not trying to sound selfish but some TLC would be awesome about now.
