Cena sarcastic face tap out shows what this industry has turned into. It’s a shell of itself. A shell of itself during some times that weren’t even good. The worst era ever

I was a returning fan this year. But I think I'm done with WWE until something changes in creative. Chat GPT could write better storylines and actually finish them.

I just retired alongside John Cena. They're putting out a bare minimum creative effort and have spread their programming over a bunch of streaming app subscriptions. It's been real.

Naw you’re the majority.

Whenever people are agreeing with the retards over at r/squaredcircle, they’re automatically in the wrong.

Thought it was a good ending. Idk what people are complaining about.

Wrestling is a shell of its former self anyway until they stop catering to Mickey Mouse and bring back the attitude era

I disagree. When they let him cook and put him in meaningful storylines he does well. The buildup to the Jay match at mania was really good. Whatever they had him doing at the end of last year (I can’t remember honestly) he handled well as well.

Vince sold the company and it's been downhill ever since.

their second biggest show of the year, Royal Rumble, is going to be in Saudi Arabia this January. all of the women will be completely covered up, but the money is worth it right? oh and their biggest show of the year, WrestleMania, will be in Saudi Arabia the following year.

advertisements are all over the ring and the commercials are at an all-time high. there are even strong rumors that next year the wrestlers will be wearing ads on their ring outfits/gear.

this is what happens whenever you sell to massive companies like Endeavor who then sell themselves to an even larger, private equity company in Silver Lake. they jack up prices, shorten the content, accept any form of advertising possible (WWE has personal injury attorneys as sponsors now), and they slowly suck the soul out of the entire company.

And?

They didn't like the ending. They are perfectly within their right to express how they feel.

Agreed completely. Gunther plays his role perfectly as this big, overwhelming, supremely technical Euro dickhead heel. The work he did with Jey was nothing short of a miracle considering what we now know about Jey being an entrance merchant and a worker with moves you could count on one hand. Having Uso make Gunther tap out might be the single dumbest call Triple H has made this year.

Hell, Gunther was able to put together a solid build with Pat McAfee and I would argue he carried him to a better match than he had with the Yeetman.

I do wonder what role Gunther is going to play for the two main belts going forward tho. Because it appears Cody vs Roman 3 will be happening and the Bron vs CM Punk thing won’t be going away for awhile.
