While I disagree with your post, its tough to argue that the early 1979-81 280ZX was not a sexy arse car.

I loved the Celica Supra. And though it was shite, quality wise, I thought the 80’s Isuzu Impulse was an attractive car. A gal friend in high school got one as a grad gift. I was impressed with the way it looked. But I was poor, so what did I know.

Not the si. I think the model that got 50+ mpg was the crx hf.

If you drove one in anger you would try to make it work. I'm same age and just need more room for a daily. The car is a blast to drive though.

I don't like any of the 80's Japanese stuff, but this is a rare example that I like (lots of custom work on this one though)
