his dream is for one of his horses based in dubai to go on to win the kentucky derby so he keeps buying expensive horses, and then running them a prep race that he created just for this purpose the UAE derby a 2 million dollar prep race. he single handily built the 1 billion dollar dubai turf course and it's the prettiest thing i've ever seen in my life

ther is no gambling in dubai and he puts on a race card teh last saturday in march every year with a million dollar race, 2 2 million dollar races, 2 5 million dollar races and a 10 million dollar race, which was the most expensive race in the world until the pegasus cup. he will make it 15 million dollars next year just so he can say he has the most expensive race on earth in dubai, he pays for it all himself.


he owned a great horse called Dubai Millinium in 2000 that he renamed Dubai Millinium because hje was so good they kinew he was going to win the 10 million dollar race (it was 5 million at the time) and he loved the horse so much he went around the world and hand picked mares to buy to bread them with, and the horse died of grass sickness the next year and he was heart broken he still talks about him.

a few years ago there was this horse called well armed who ran in the 10 million dollar race, actually the first year it was 10 million dollars. the guy's owner is california based and his daughter died in a terriost attack in mumbai.

so well armed wins the dubai world cup and dude gets the presentation and goes on this fricking rant about terriosts and winning one for america and shite and i mean, this is Dubai lol not Mumbai lol that's a whole nother containent. Dude was still gracious and was all smiles and shite, that couldn't have been me lol.
