Did it Friday night and and could not get myself to look at it Saturday morning I just deleted it. Very random and very impulsive and was not a text of joy and it’s ruined my weekend. I want to make a rule that I would shut off my phone if I were to drink

Same here. My #1 rule after a super late night two years ago. Texted multiple exes who I hadn't spoken to in years to the point the next day I couldn't bring myself to actually go back and read them.
