What? She is a hefty girl.
Seriously...that idiot should have just minded her business. The whole thing didn't even concern her and she wanted to stick her nose in it. Flight attendants can kick you off if they think you are being disruptive. She wouldn't have been kicked off if she just would have kept her mouth shut and stop trying to incite drama/reactions out of every situation she sees in her day to day life.

Ask any attorney what they'd do in this situation, and I bet 99% of them would take this course of action.
A good lawyer--or at least a shrewd one--will see a nice payday in this thing and jump on it like a fly on shite.

Sure she can. She did and they answered. It's her word against the FA. And considering we know she is a SJW type chick, I just have a really hard time taking anything they say seriously. She could be rephrasing what the FA said to her to make her sound more like the victim for all we know.

She's a total waste of humanity. The FA explained to her why English speaking people only can sit by exits and she still mouthed off. People like this should be taken off and shot out of hand.

Some people, especially SJW's in mostly white parts of the country, just don't get how common this kind of obnoxious behavior by certain groups really is, especially in the South. It's almost a daily occurrence to run into folks who just seemed amped up and begging for a confrontation with some white person. They go out of their way to be obnoxious, and if someone speaks up, they either want to fight or scream racism. You've gotta walk on eggshells to avoid these situations in crowded places.
