So does most people's social life. Most people deal with the internet far more than they do actual person to person conversations.

Do you think morality was better in the past because you were more silo'ed? It's easy to think morality was better in the 80's or 90's when you really only knew what was going on in your immediate area.

I am positive you would believe the world is a better place if you stayed away from the realm of ideas and thoughts on the internet.
But that comes with tradeoffs, and most modern humans aren't willing to make them.

Mores are based on social agreement and enforced within groups or tribes.
We will never be "moral" because we cannot agree what is universally accepted and traditional institutions have been destroyed.
