Looking at the map info-graphic, I am suspect of the veracity of this "study". If they couldn't get Singapore and Luxembourg right on the map then I doubt the study was very thorough.

I changed my wording.
If you transplanted our population to any other country in the world their ranking would tank.
The main reason Americans are unhealthy is because of eating habits and sedentary lifestyle.
Go to France. Everyone there who is fat is an American tourist. We are disgusting.
The French do smoke a lot, though.
