Walker used to bitch about all the traffic on I-12 at 5 pm before it was widened. Guess we can go back to 4 lanes and everyone can sit in two hours of traffic every day.

If that's the case lets just sue for all flooding. The corp, government, engineers, etc... Should have seen all of this coming and properly designed for it. I'm sorry but that guy is a jackass. NO ONE saw this coming and could anticipate it.
