My parents live down the road from Tureaus in lake martin hwy 431. They have at least 3 feet of water and rising. They still have power.

The immediate area around that intersection is fine. College Hill, University acres, and everything right here on the north side of highland should be ok.

The water was getting high south by the Winn Dixie and mcdonalds

Trying to decide if I should stay in Dutchtown (Rivergate subdivision just south of hwy 73/74 intersection), or head west on 74 to my inlaws in the Universtiy Club. Thoughts?

We live off Old Perkins before Bluff. Drove Airline at lunchtime today coming back home and everything was still dry.

Yeah. I am praying that It crests before it gets any higher but I'm not hopeful anymore.

Gotcha. We aren't far from each other. Never would have guessed this could happen. Nothing tat my house that is beyond replacing. Gonna make the trip back tomorrow sometime.
