I posted this elsewhere, but if anyone needs a place to stay I have a guest bedroom/bathroom in a good area of New Orleans that is available for anyone who needs a place to stay for a bit.

Friend who lives in neighborhood across from Galvez sonic (really across from True Value) has water to their roof.

Forgot who owns it now, probably Honeywell. Basically all the woods that stretch from behind oak alley/74 to behind Louis White and Allison. Granted this is much lower than the neighborhoods

How far back there? Theven area in the back floods really bad.

Man, I really don't know. I'm going to keep checking the ponds to see how they are rising. I'll probably check again in an hour or so.

I'm on Marblestone but on the opposite side of the street from Henderson Bayou. A lot of the people on the other side of Marblestone have sandbags at the back of their houses.
