Those crest times appear to be moved up quite a bit as well. Bayou Manchac is now projected to crest at 1 AM Monday morning. Port Vincent is projected to crest at 7 AM.

So if Manchac Point is expected to crest at 1 AM, does this mean the backwater flooding in EBR reaches its maximum level at roughly the same time or is there a significant delay depending on your distance from Manchac Point?

Water was all but gone from my backyard this morning. It's back up to where it was yesterday during all the rain. I'm in Prairieville around Post Office

There is no way to know for sure. There are far too many factors at play. In general that is probably a good guideline though.

Updated readings for Claycut Bayou at Antioch. Water is currently 28.42 feet. It was 28.40 at 1:00. So that's pretty good news. It appears to be leveling off a little bit. Still nervous as this is a huge canal line that runs through the middle of South Baton Rouge

It overtops every major flood. Not sure what is happening though. Usually what leads to Bluff being closed.

OT need some help.

Got 2 elderly people we haven't heard from since last night. Does anybody have any information on Serene road in Denham Springs. Last we heard they were good and water wasn't close, but I'm doubting their judgment on this one. I'm from New Roads, I can get a boat lined up and head that way but I know nothing of the area

My bro lives off Bayou Narcisse now. The bridge by the old Sicily'S was impassable yesterday. Cannon was good, can't tell you anything now though. As far as I got in Gtown.

Heard the usual flooding by the old K&B and brewbachers

levee breach
Second levee breach rumor I have heard today. Not sure how anyone would know that a levee breached if the entire thing is already underwater.
