Flannery area seeing extreme flooding.
Do you think it will make it across Airline??

Does anyone have any information or projections of the area in prairieville around airline and 42 (near cvs, etc)?

Is Burbank flooded in that area?

No, 21.5 would be the max, unless of course they change the crest forecast.
Judging by the water elevation in Santa Maria right now, which is very close to that of Bayou Manchac and the Amite, I think we'll see it get all the way up to 21.5 there.
ETA: This 21.5 number is only for Bayou Manchac and its tributaries.

We're still trying to reach my elderly in-laws who insisted on staying in their house in Geo-Je's subdivision. Last we heard they had a foot of water around midnight. Tried driving and couldn't get anywhere near there. We can't call because our phones are out and they don't have internet. We've called the sheriff, don't know what else to do but worry.

Backwater flooding on Bayou Fountain is imminent. Here is Twelve Oaks - Water is rising here, this is right up from the Manchac Point we are watching:
LINK
Location is at the red X, so we are seeing the VERY beginning of serious backwater flooding.
