Picked up boat at 2 on Harrell's ferry. It's unreal how fast the water was moving.

I went by buddy's house on Elliot around noon, his was one of the few that didn't flood in 83. All the water had receded from night before and was just in ditch Hour ago it was almost to his top step and he's several feet off ground. Id imagine mallard crossing is seeing significant water.
