That area is notorious for holding water.for what reason? Idk. But when they were doing the construction down in that area it would always hold a good amount of water with a moderate downpour

Near River Ranch and the Surgical Hospital on Kaliste Saloom Rd.

Traffic still going by regularly, although I thought there was supposed to be a 7 p.m. curfew.
