The cons for the Millennials are not critical enough. It will take a paragraph to sum those up.

Self reported, unquantifiable data broken into arbitrary age groups. Science at its finest.

Sounds about right except us gen xers work just as hard as boomers. We work safer than boomers also.

I am a Millennial but am not lazy, unproductive and self-obessed.

Another Millennial trait that should have been listed.....lack of self awareness.

I hate that I'm classified as a millenial, born in 83, really feel like I'm more of a gen x'er...

my generation line of millenial is when you had a cell phone for all of high school

Gen X by a mile...

BUT, there's a bunch of millenials that have some tough deep down...

It takes hard-breaking them to get it out, they then become unstoppable

Tech saviness:
GEN X: 18%

Adaptability:
Gen X: 49%
Problem Solving: 57%

Just don't ask them to adapt to or solve problems related to technology

That's exactly how meaningful that statement is. No matter how convenient it would be, people born around the same time do not resemble homogenous groups with distinct attributes. These discussion are fricking retarded.
