Hey Noho!

About to go shopping for interview clothes. I have a job interview Monday afternoon, another nursing type job within the hospital I work at.

If this goes well...I will be joining the rest of the world and working a M-F job

Case management nursing

Basically I assess the patients while in the hospital and determine what kind of needs they will have when they are discharged and get it set up for them(for example...if a person will need home health or special medical equipment...I'm the person that makes sure it's set up for them before they leave the hospital).
