I remember thinking along these same lines, so I read up a little bit since it didn't make sense to me. One logical explanation is that a cuckolding fetish comes from something that virtually all male mammals have. If a caveman sees another caveman fricking a cave woman, he gets turned on and gets the natural want to frick her harder and deeper so that he, and not the first caveman, will conceive offspring.
