I just found out about this a few minutes ago. Apparently there were three power outages at a water treatment facility.

Scary though, look at just how weak our infrastructure truly is. It only took a brief power outage to bring an city to its knees. Imagine if that building would have been destroyed. But lets keep sending billions to Ukraine

HISD and others are closed today. I can imagine all those kids going to sleep last night praying to not have to go back to school waking up to answered prayers

Found out about this at 10pm and apparently the outages were known 12 hours prior. Great job communicating this Houston!
