Pretty fricked up that you kill a guy because your stupid kid was illegally riding a dirt bike for the first time ever in a place where it’s not supposed to go.

Last I read about this, Gotti associate Charles Carneglia killed Favara and had his body dissolved in acid. This information came about during his racketeering trial by an informant
It should also be noted that Gotti's son was accidently killed in March. Favara was kidnapped in July. He was threatened for months and was even told by cops that he should move but refused to.
