Got this off her wiki:
“The following year, she no longer felt comfortable in "conservative, God-fearin' Texas",[5] and dropped out of her Catholic high school to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles.[7][8”

What does her start in Hollywood have to do with any of this? If I were the Judge I'd be shutting all this down, it's not related to the case at hand.
Would someone's early career be covered in detail in a trial just like this with "normal" people with normal jobs? What is the relevance to the abuse claims?
having gotten into watching some of these trials... yes a defendant is allowed to give their life story on the stand... a way to humanize him or herself to the jury

If someone feels Austin is too conservative for them, I don’t know what to say.

not sure if this makes any difference or anything... but on the stand she just said she was from the Austin suburb of Manor

it's likely we won't get to cross-examination of Heard until May 16th
Her attorneys are planning an 8 day direct? Yeesh. How long was Johnny's direct?

no... today & tomorrow for direct
Friday is a regularly scheduled off day (only been Monday-Thursday... Friday's been for motions and whatnot)
the trial will be shut down next week due to the judge going to a conference or something like that
trial will resume on May 16th

But only if it's relevant to the claims or the defense. Her start to her career really has nothing to do with any part of the trial, especially since she herself just admitted that she wasn't a Depp fan or particularly interested in any of his movies.
Her start in Hollywood might be relevant if she was a huge Johnny Depp fan and was starstruck upon meeting him (thus establishing some power dynamic), but she said herself that she wasn't a fan of his and it wasn't a big deal to her to work with him

see my reply above... trial will be shut down next week
Johnny did 2.5-3 days of direct while he was on the stand if I remember correctly

She's laying the groundwork that the intimidation, harassment and mental aguish started early on even before the first film together.

FWIW... I believe Rekieta said Heard was on the stand for 4 days during the UK trial

What's the deal with the Tea?? I just started watching..
Posted on 5/4/22 at 1:43 pm to 9Fiddy
the couple of objections that have come from the Depp team were made by the female attorney on the team
foreshadowing that when cross does come... the female attorney will be the one asking Heard the questions?
would be wise to have the female attorney asking the... ummmmmmmmmm... probing questions of Heard

not sure... perhaps it was liquor but her naive state she thought it was tea??
that went over my head

she's making huge exaggerations with speech and facial expressions when she mentions he drank ALOT of Tea..
Posted on 5/4/22 at 1:47 pm to JDPndahizzy
she's laying it on thick
