I want to get this straight. The only reason Moss stairs incident is in the trial is because AH said "all I could think was Kate Moss, the stairs" ie, Johnny has a history of domestic violence. Except that it was a tabloid lie from 25 years ago and the alleged victim will gladly testify it wasn't true. Is she that dumb?

no... this came to trial b/c Amber said Johnny was abusive to her during their relationship and it cost Johnny practically everything
he's trying to reclaim his life

oh... it's b/c Amber said on the stand that she thought about "the Kate Moss incident" while describing what happened during the staircase incident in this case
Kate Moss was brought in to say "uhhh... Depp did nothing to me... I slipped on stairs during a rainstorm"
