She should have let that moment continue.

If that is true, it does undercut her testimony.

as a juror... realizing you have 2 actors involved in this... I would almost completely disregard both of their direct testimonies
I would rely solely on the actual evidence that's on the record... and right now the most damning is the fact the he actually needed to go to the hospital for injuries
Amber's current story could've already been corroborated by people who have already been on the stand and the defense never got them to say it

she alleges that he held 1 of their teacup yorkies out of the window while the car was in motion... the defense could've asked the driver about that incident but it was never brought up
