I'd say bringing up charitable work is a pretty big mistake on her part.

There is zero chance that any competent attorney calls Heard back at this point unless they knew they had no other choice but to throw a hail mary and try to evoke sympathy with her "act".

If they keep it very short and sweet, it at least has a chance. If they drag it for very long, it will lose its potency.
