The Patriot Act was a slippery slope? Nah that was falling right off the cliff all at once. And everyone cheered it on and bi-partisan efforts have kept it in place ever since.

People should drive but be safe. We have laws to help encourage that. I wear my seatbelt, don't drink and drive and pay attention while driving.
Fatty food are OK in moderation. I try to avoid them but like to have some fatty stuff every now and again. Unfortunately eating healthy is expensive and not always readily available to poor, under-educated communities.

i had to wear a mask to go into the dmv yesterday. first time i've put one on the entire time. it didnt bother me. i wouldnt mind wearing one into any business that made it a requirement

That is how I will wear mine with one minor adjustment. Over the top of the head or under the chin.

So you assume some risk in everyday life right?
There's no way to protect everyone from death all the time.
It's unfortunate but it's a fact of life. Same with Covid, it's a risk we have to live with at this point and crusading about masks isn't going to change this.

Because they're two different scenarios, my man. You eating a cheeseburger every day only fricks you and your family over. That won't ever possibly lead to my mom or dad being in the ICU unable to breathe or clogging emergency rooms and ICUs.
